What Our AI Must Not Be Used For

Monitoring individuals without their knowledge in jurisdictions where this is unlawful
Targeting individuals based on protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, etc.)
Law enforcement or investigative activities without proper legal authority
Stalking, harassment, or intimidation of any person
Commercial surveillance of employees or customers without proper disclosure
Any activity that violates local, state, or federal privacy laws

AI Limitations & Disclaimers

Our AI provides probability-based pattern recognition, not definitive identification. Confidence scores represent the AI's likelihood estimate — not a guaranteed match. False positives and false negatives are possible.

Always apply human judgment before taking any action based on an alert. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact law enforcement — do not rely solely on this application.

Detection accuracy is affected by lighting, camera angle, image quality, and environmental conditions. AP Safety Alert is a supplementary awareness tool, not a replacement for professional security services.
