Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you register.
• Detection snapshots: Still images captured only at the moment a confirmed detection event occurs. No video is ever recorded or stored.
• Watch target data: Reference photos and descriptions you provide for people, vehicles, or animals you choose to monitor.
• Alert logs: Metadata about detection events including time, location label, confidence score, and camera name.
• Device camera access: Your camera feed is accessed locally on your device for real-time analysis only. Camera frames are not transmitted to our servers.

• To provide AI-powered repeat-presence detection and safety alerts
• To send alert notifications via your chosen channels, including email for routine alerts and SOS SMS only when you press SOS
• To generate usage analytics and weekly reports you request
• To improve detection accuracy and AI model performance (anonymized)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

During normal monitoring, no video is recorded, stored, or transmitted. Your camera feed is analyzed in real time, frame by frame, entirely within your device or browser session. Frames that do not contain a confirmed detection are immediately discarded. Only a single static snapshot image is saved when a detection event is confirmed.

SOS Video Recording: When you explicitly press the SOS button, a short video clip is recorded from your camera and saved locally on your device as evidence. This recording is never uploaded to our servers unless you separately enable optional cloud backup (Fortress plan). The clip remains entirely under your control — you can download or discard it at any time from the SOS panel.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We employ industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Detection events and snapshot images are retained for up to 90 days by default, after which they are automatically deleted. You may delete individual events or all your data at any time from within the app.
