AP Safety Alert is an AI-powered personal safety platform designed to help individuals identify repeated environmental patterns and potential safety concerns in their personal vicinity. It is a tool for self-protection and situational awareness — not for surveillance, monitoring, or tracking others.

• Monitoring your own property (home, vehicle, business you own/operate) for repeated unknown presences
• Identifying individuals you have reason to believe pose a personal safety concern to yourself
• Tracking the arrival and departure of expected or authorized visitors
• Neighborhood watch programs where participants have given informed consent
• Personal safety documentation for use in legal proceedings with appropriate counsel
• Monitoring pets or animals on your property

The following uses are strictly prohibited and violate this Acceptable Use Policy:

• Monitoring, tracking, or surveilling any person without their lawful consent where required by applicable law
• Using the platform to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm any individual
• Targeting individuals based on race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Conducting covert surveillance of employees, tenants, or customers in violation of applicable employment or privacy law
• Using detection data as sole evidence for accusation, confrontation, or vigilante action
• Sharing detection data, snapshots, or alert information publicly without consent
• Using the platform in jurisdictions where AI-based detection or camera monitoring is prohibited
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's safety filters or access controls
• Reselling, licensing, or redistributing platform data or capabilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AP Safety Alert complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws — including but not limited to:

• Wiretapping and electronic surveillance laws
• Video and audio recording consent laws (one-party vs. two-party consent states)
• GDPR and other regional data protection regulations
• Employment and labor monitoring laws
• Tenant privacy rights

AP Safety Alert is not liable for any illegal use of this platform by users.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Deletion of all associated data
• Reporting to law enforcement where legally required
• Civil or criminal liability under applicable law
