Set up cameras, targets & monitoring

Step 1 — Add Your Cameras
Go to Cameras in the sidebar.
Click "Add Camera" and give it a name and location label (e.g. "Front Door").
Select the connection type (built-in, USB, or IP camera).
Set the scan interval — how often a frame is captured for analysis.
Adjust sensitivity to control how aggressively threats are flagged.
Step 2 — Add Watch Targets
Go to Watch Targets in the sidebar.
Click "Add Target" and choose whether it's a person (face) or vehicle.
Upload a clear reference photo for best matching accuracy.
Optionally run "Scan Facial Features" on the target detail page to build an AI profile.
Set the alert threshold — how many detections trigger an alert.
Mark trusted people as "Safe" so they never trigger alerts.
Step 3 — Start Monitoring
Go to Live Monitor in the sidebar.
Grant camera access when prompted by your browser.
Click "Start Monitoring" — all active cameras begin scanning.
Detection events appear in real-time in the Activity Stream on the Dashboard.
Alerts fire automatically when a target exceeds its detection threshold.
Review triggered alerts on the Alert Log page anytime.
